X-trap Code Field

Hey, i have a problem, if i start Crossfire ..
I start it .. then comes HGW and then the Desktop is black and then comes xtrap Code Field[10-0300-00002EFD-200] and xtrap says :
The access to X-Trap patch server is unstable or X-Trap update wasn´t able to run properly. Please, restart game.

I restart Game a lot of times .. but it´s always the same ..

WHAT CAN I DO TO PLAY CF !!?

SRY for my bad english but I am 12 Years old and are comming from Germany ..

PS: I have making a Screen .. but i cant upload here or ?

Do you have any firewalls which can block X-trap?

no.. only mc affee but its normally off

Did you try to uninstall McAfee to see if the problem persists?

try turning off evga perscion worked for me

try to put the firewalls off and install again the crossfire. xD

hmm i cant unistall mc affee >*
do someone know how to unistall mcaffe ?

and what is evga ?
