Black screen

when i connect to the game i saw all black.i see a lot of peopple had this problem so what i can do to fix that?

it's the same 4 me, i've re-installed cf 2times.. still black screen in game.
Im waiting 4 a reply from the support,

It can be the loading or you can try install again

i tried evrything lol its not loaing its in game:evrything is black except radar and chat
