Ok.. I went to ModHub and I see two tutorials... But I'm still confused as to how to activate the Modified Killmarks and sound.. I got the Halo kill and sound package

Yeah... I'm still completely lost.. I now know how to make one... But how do I implant a package?

Alrighty I got it now.. Apparently, the Halo Kill and Sound Mod isn't 1. downloading from Media Fire and 2. Not showing up as a ZIP folder. So I guess for now I'll be using the Blue killmarks.
