No, check the ribbon list again. It says permanent crate guns only! doesn't say coupon guns anywhere.

Because those are GP weapons and there is no difference in the Database entry for a weapon that was won from the AUG-Camo Crate or exchanged via coupons.

The M4-C on the other hand does not count because there are different versions because it is a ZP weapon.

Do we do a ribbon that only involves ZP weapons and have everyone complain about how we are just trying to make money, or do we try to involve GP weapons as well only with a slightly more complex ribbon?

The ribbon is about busting crates, not collecting coupons, which is why the other coupon weapons are in. There might be some plans already for ribbons involving golden weapons.
