Is it possible for a purchased gun to disappear?

Couple of things:

1. No, guns do not magically disappear.

2. If a gun has disappeared the first thing you should check with yourself is: Does someone else know my account information.

3. Any "missing" gun or item or whatever needs to be dealt with immediately. GP guns are in the records for a certain amount of time. Beyond that time we can't track anything.

Not to mention that this clause in our Terms of Use is one to be reminded of:

[3.3.3] Lost Items
Z8Games takes no responsibility for the loss of items due to scams, hacking, account sharing or other actions beyond G4Box and Z8Games control. It is the player’s responsibility to report lost items or situations for investigation no later than 48 hours after the event; however it is not Z8Games or G4Box’s obligation to return items once the investigation is complete.

We have full records of who wins what in crates, zp gun purchases etc. So if you think your gun went "missing" then send in a ticket and we'll find out what happened.

If there is a bug in the game then good on you, chances are your efforts to report the missing weapon properly will go to help other users who might have experienced the same problem.


Lastly, this kind of stuff can only be handled on the support site. NOT the game forums. Posting "OMG I lost a weapon" on these forums will just get posts replies like this:

And let me guess, support never gave it back

Which clearly shows that this user has no idea anything that happened in this particular case and is just ticked off for one reason or another at the people who would rather be trying to help with the issue, rather than having to quote mindless posts on the forums.

Yes guns can disapear.

here is how mine did.

I had a perm handgun in bag 3 or 4 ( forgot which this was a year ago ),

when bag expired it took my gun with it lol.

I opened a support ticket but did not get response and I have so many guns that I didnt follow up.

But it did in fact happen that way.

I've had an axe dissapear on me, never cared enough about it in the first place to submit a ticket. Every instance of dissapearing items/weapons I've heard of was dealt with properly and effectively. But like they said, you have to do it right away, and you may have to keep up with the ticket, the GM's are busy.

Ya definitley was a bug and I have expired bags maybe 20 times since then and no stolen guns to report
