Looking to start a team :: NA

Well, I'm sick of trying to find teams that want to go far and practice and whatnot so I rather just make a team, gather 6-7 guys and go far.

Yes, I'm still not known in the community, I have a good shot and great gamesense, I'm looking for someone semi-known, AT LEAST in the community who is DEDICATED to making a team. I did make a team that lasted for about 3 weeks, we played esl cup and did good for being together for 2 weeks ( all 5 of us ) and not practicing. Too bad the person I made it with decided to quit. We will be participating in ANY Crossfire leagues, ESL/WOGL etc.

Please have professionalism when approaching me, first impression is the last impression.
