black screen in game

y cant play,screen totallyblack,except the minimap,afects, chat.what should i do?i tried to reinstall the game but doesnt work!!!!!

are u OCing GPU? if so. then monitor cant keep up with ur GPU

whats your ram?

i would suggest seeing the games minimum requirements.. and see if you have those.

If not time to update your pc.

i have also that problem but i have the minimum requiments... so what should i do? Please help me i wanna play crossfire!

That has nothing to do with the problem... the problem is the whole screen is black (aside from the map ammo and health count and the chat) in game not in the lobby no in the room only in the game
