Saidin mentions that the font change has increased the performance of the game.

Is that why FPS is roughly 30 higher?

And has anybody else noticed their FPS higher?

Yea a lot of players have been saying that they noticed an increase in FPS. Me too !

My FPS is over 100 now.. I was like, "Dad! When did you put a new graphics card in??" He's like "Whaat?" Lol. I don't like the font, but it's a great help

EDIT: It used to be 60-70, btw.

FPS has just about doubled (40-50 -> 90-105)

I have done some extensive testing, and some talking.

There is no difference between fonts. (Possible chance it MIGHT do SOMETHING on other systems.)

My bros netbook srill gets 5-15 fps but it seems way more playable o_O

I want a good reason why its bad other than "i dont like it".

Mine has risen from 11-13 to 15-22. No biggy for me, but I hate the new font. Hurts my eyes for some reason. I think I need glasses. @_@

I've played on a eeepc 900 from.summer 2009 till summer 2010. And that was laggy

now I've got a good rig.

Yep i noticed my fps went up, i usually have like 70-100 in 8 v 8 now it 70-130. THats good!!!

Tested 10+ fonts, none of which changed my game-play or FPS range.

So its something else.

well.. the old font seemed to be more readable.. and bigger.. which makes it much easier to read.. and we got used to old font.. which means the new font.. is kinda.. bad to us.. >.>

As far as ive noticed its the same... i think its slightly bigger ingame.

I actually like it, just its a bit hard to see the amount of players in game.

Sadly My Fps Has Stayed the Same
