Why Z8 doesn't want to help me?

Please read well before judging:
I opened a keylogger, and since i was using the same password for the CF account and the hotmail account, it was easy for the guy to get all the infos of my account. He charged zp, and changed all the infos.
I went back to z8games and submitted a ticket.. they don't believe me.
Even though, above the ticket i submitted, there's an old ticket were they helped me getting the account back.. seriously?

They're not giving me the account back because: "I have no correct CURRENT info"
seriously, mr.Obvious? how on earth can i have infos if i got hacked?
I told them to compare my actual ip to the one when they gave me my account back (yes it's still the same, I'm italian and my isp FASTWEB, static IP), do you think they did? of course not.
I told them to ask me any of my old infos, i gave them any infos i had. they still didn't believe me.. I told them to block the account, and ask the guy any of the old infos.. they didn't. why? because it's not worth it to move their asses for a single user.

I know many will say i'm just getting mad over it, but if it will ever happen to you, you'll see how sad it is when somebody doesnt believe you when you're truly right.

If you're going to post bad/insulting comments, please don't, i need somebody to help, not to mess up even more.. thanks

sorry but if Z8games can't help you, we certainly can't either

perhaps receipts/invoices from your ZP payments would be good solid proof if you've ever bought ZP.

whats the point in saying it was my brother? when i said it was my brother that guy was blaming it on him. my brother is only 8 years old, since i'm older i want to protect him from somebody insulting him, blame me? i'm just a good older brother, dude.

dude i gave them from the account creation date, to all the emails used, to all the passwords used, to my paypal account, and all the transictions id, my ip, even my real name, they don't do anything.

how did you get keylogger?

you know we all know ( except you apparently ) that public hacks come with keyloggers to steal your acct info etc.

So how did you get your keylogger?

Would you like us to believe that you got this keylogger from somewhere other than CF but yet the damage was done to a free game?

really now an outside keylogger program wouldnt be interested in hijacking your free online game. They would be intersted in stealing your financial information.
