As you, too many people purchased ZP just like you and didn't receive (as ms for example, I bought in the same day as you).

Looks like all we can do is to open a ticket.

Go for Account -> Billing/Purchase

and ask for help there.

The problem is too many people are having their tickets closed without solution or reply.
So open a ticket and get lucky to it be replied.
