Yes i know but i have no idea how to use it.
I just found out that it's 5 am uk time so 7 am my time
servers down for 3 hours then 10 am
the servers are never down as they say it always takes longer so 11 am
or 12.

On the start up screen, there should be a EST Time zone right there. If they say 12.A.M, just convert that time to yours, shoulodn't be that hard.
