How do i go into spectator mode ?

How do you go into spectator mode in cf. I've done it a couple of times but it was an exident and i went into spec mode cause of unfair teams. Please answer i really need this cause i'm making a vid.

when you make a room i think you have to change some settings to have spots to be spectating, there should be an option givin to spectate

Oh well sorry, i cant help then i never try to do a room were people can spectate
