Pff my ping is 17 and my FPS are only 30-60 few weeks/months ago it was 60-100s...

I don't know where you get that numbers. From what I know, in the past the maximum number of fps the human eye was able to perceive was thought to be 24, then 30 then 60, then 72.
Now you can read here and there that the human eye is probably able to perceive over 100 fps... so yeah it may matters.

if you have 200 fps thats not going to help anyways

cf i have 30-50 fps
css i have 125 fps
cabal online i have 130 fps
and ava i have 100 fps

People who say that a human eye can only see 45 fps are ret.arded. I can notice a big difference between 45 and 60 fps. My old computer had a slower duo core cpu and right now I get lower fps when every hardware I have on this new computer is better than my old one? makes no sense.
