how to get elite grade b badge?

i have the elite third badge, the yellow one, but for the next badges of every secction, someones need for example
3000 sniper kills
200 double kills
so i already did the second things, the 200 double kills, the 300 pistol kills, the 800 knige or pistol kills, and well all that,exept the 3000 sniper kills (wow) and the 3000 smg riffle kills,

the question is, i need to end all the requirements? like sniper badge>>3000 sniper kills + 200 double kills? or just doing one of the 2 tasks?

Yes, U need to end all requirements of each badge to get it

then u need all badges of the same lvl to get the Elite

the Higher the lvl of the badge the harder the requirements :S

All accomplishments must be completed for the badge. I'm currently halfway on all my badges for GradeB lvl3. and only need 1000 more kills for assassin badge.
