honorable soilder ribbon lost due to"hack tools detected"

im the man who dont even know where to download hack,but sometimes encounter "hack tools detected"error,i enabled upnp and now the error has a lower frequncy now(but may still occur sometimes),but what about my honorable soilder ribbon???!!! I should have it because i didnt use hack tools!!!give it back to me please!!!

Send a support ticket ? And also just because you say you don't hack, really doesn't give proof. I Could say i own 11 dogs, whos to believe if i have no evidence.

ive sent a support ticket and they say they cant do anything,dumb workers
