yes, i'd like to see a suppressor light enough and compact enough for an ak-47 and it's monstrous 7.62 round (it's not HUGE but if it's flying at you it is). Plus it's the ak's distinctive sound. who cares about m4?! This thread is about the ak. And a suppressed AK just wouldn't do. -

I think the reason we dont have one or any of the other versions have one is just because a silencer just doesnt fit the ak, with its high power and everything its not a very stealthy gun. Anyways, i think ive heard that you cant even attach a silencer to an ak irl since it would destroy the silencer.

I would want one ^^ I think they are controversially considering it because it would be difficult to balance. I'm guessing the silencer would reduce the spray pattern, so they'd have to compensate by lowering the power or something. And if they did that you'd basically be left with a silenced M4...

And the SBT-K47 Recoil Reducer allows it to be fitted on an AK-47. So, I don't see why it would need to lose that M4 style shoulder butt thingy.

adding a silencer to the ak would be a stain to that gun reputation, ak is loud,powerful and very innacurate, that's how it is.How many more will post this until they figure out just how stupid this makes them look? :rolleyes:

BTW a Supressed AK would be really awesome.
It´s my favourite weapon and it would help me a lot in GM. -

So are most reskins in the game. At least this would actually do something.Orly.. well don't mind me if I say the AK-U is quite pointless.
And yes people, it is possible to mount a sound depressor on an AK-47. Since a sound depressor only does so much compared to the actual utilizing subsonic ammunition in combination with a sound depressor, it isn't really that hard to do.
