Add new words please?

I find it just as bad as you but the problem is they can't add every possible variation on how these words can be typed. We know the filter already ends up blocking too many innocent words that just happen to contain the same letters across two different words EG 'Doesn't it'.
Using numbers, full stops, commas, etc, provides a lot of different ways of avoiding these filters and people will always find a way around it. If they add any more it will become even more ridiculous when trying to have a conversation.
