Zp not credited

Ok so recently on mutiple occations I have completed offiers from the "earn free zp" offers from SuperRewards etc, but I have not had the zp credited to my account.

Yes I have check on the offer status from each one of those website and it does show that I was awarded it but I did not get credited it on my account here. Even hours, days later I do not recieve it.

I did send a report last Friday & today I saw that the GMs just closed it, choosing to ignore it I'm assuming.

edit: it seem that only SuperReward it causing this problem. I contacted them and was told I was credited it so it must be on z8games side.

I have sent another support ticket, let me hope it doesnt get ignored.

hopefully, in your 2nd ticket, you quoted information about the 1st as well as the fact it got closed with no response...

Did you make sure to fill in everything in the report form correctly?

Did you provide the proof that you made an effort to contact SuperRewards?

In my opinion, it is just another reason why I prefer UGC cards
