Download another game = CF laggs

CF is the only game i have on my computer and when i download another game it makes my ping go up in CF from 70 to 200.Why is this happening?

Your internet is strained from having to download a game (probably an intense file size in the GB) as well as to continue to maintain a steady flow of information from CF, to the servers, and back.

There is no problem here...

It is to be expected.
