okay so where's the zp for those ppl who bought it? give them zp!!!!! i'm going to buy zp but i don't know if i will get so i don't want to waste my money!!!!!!!! MOD FIX this damn cr@p. stop stealing our money and do ur job. Or we will quit crossfire and play combat arms or any other games. PS combat arms has way better graphic. DO U JOB!!!!!!!!

First off.
Moderators don't have endless supplies of ZP that they hand out to people when they go to the deposit page to deposit ZP to their account.
In fact the moderators have nothing to do with our accounting system.
Secondly, ZP may not have been delivered to your account for a number of reasons. The first being the type of payment you used. Or the location from which your payment is coming from.
Some transactions take 10 seconds to process. Some other unverified transactions take a few hours. Some may take a day or two, especially if its an international unverified payment method.
On rare occasions there might have been a problem with the system. Yesterday for example we had a small problem with MoPay sms and phone payments. However that was corrected and everyone received their ZP.
As always, with all deposits, you are given a receipt and a transaction record. It is good practice to keep those records. If you have not received your zp then you may go to http://support.z8games.com to find out what exactly happened. Our support staff will be glad to direct your question to the appropriate people or help get your ZP to you as fast as possible.
Coming to these forums to complain to moderators about something they or anyone else here have little control over doesn't do anyone any good. -
Well... I received an e-mail from PayByCash and from Payment Brazil (who intermediates by Boleto Bancário), and still my ZP didn't arrived. I've opened a ticket, it was replied telling me the payment was made, but still I didn't get my 20k ZP. Is there something I can do?

That guy QQing about missing his ZP made some alt accounts to support himself! i bought ZP via BOLETO and it's working perfectly, this isn't Z8Games fault! -
