How will CF run on this system?

i got: AMD semprom , 1.79 GHZ :P
When rooms are full i got 10-20 FPS

in 1v1 match i have 40-50 fps

My friend gots 120+ fps in 1v1 and 80+ fps in full rooms ( What the hell!!!)

i have a really bad computer but i get 12 ping and 24fps on a full room
