I am waiting reply in a ticket have 3 days already ...
If after 4 business days did not arrive, try this e-mail ( credito@efectivonline.com ). I send a message to them today, I don`t know if I will get suport by them yet. -

It's not only on friday that users didn't received their ZP.
I bought this monday and it still didn't arrived yet.
I tried contact with Z8 (Ticket) and still not replied.
I tried with PayByCash (but I think it's not going to work).
Then I tried that e-mail: credito@efectivonline.com (waiting for their reply). -

I tried it to, comes in a billet ticket to print right? I think they will reply just in business days.
