Buy as gift problem

Hi, i'm from Italy.I want to gift 10.000 zp to my friend in order to have the ribbon,I have paypal account and postepay,when i go in prepaid and use ultimate game card or even the others, i put the IGN of my friend and i add my email,after this the page refreshes byself and i have to insert a pin, but i don't receive this pin in my mail,and i've tried different emails ( i checked spam,everything)...

Can you tell me how to do,maybe with screenshot?thanks ...
