Does my clan lose points for inactive members?

And do you lose CP for losing a clan war?

u dont lose points for losing clan wars.

at the end of every week (saturday I believe) a fixed percentage (I think it's five percent) of your total clan points is removed. players have to be active enough to make up for the lost clan points. if they arent active, they DONT make up for it and points just keep getting subtracted instead of being added.
