How to put an image in a tread?

To post pictures, the first thing you want to do is turn on the standard editor so you have more options when posting. Although you can do it without that if you know the code.

Go to you User CP, then under Settings & Options click Edit Options.
Now scroll down to the bottom of the page to Miscellaneous Options and change it from Basic Editor to Standard Editor, then Save Changes.

Now when you post you will have extra options. One of the toolbar icons is to insert an image. Click that, enter the URL of the image and it will add the IMG tag code to your image.

You will probably need to upload the image first to a hosting site such as http://tinypic.com/

When you upload an image there the site will give you the full link to use in a forum.
