ZP Rip Off?

I bought ZP, like I have countless times in the past, yet, I never got it.. why?
I tried sending in two support tickets, yet they get closed right after I send them, what's happening to Z8?

I have noticed in past couple of days there have been many threads about people not receiving their Zp that they have paid for.This seems as though there is a genuine problem at the moment.

ye, and most of them (if not all) from PayByCash
