I won 220k gp at BM, and i need ribbon 25 guns, my question: I can buy alot M9 and will count to have 25 perm. guns Ribbon?

Only 6 replicates of each gun count more than that they don`t . i guess

Unless you have 19 ribbons, i dont think you should do that, buy good guns or spend SOME(not all) money in the BM.

I really dont know if it counts
