cant view who requested to join my clan

i can't view who requested to join my clan im a lt and it won't display who the applicant is any ideas?

and i already checked there is fewer players then were aloud by maximum

edit: per some googling and a suggestion from a differnt site i disabled my resident shield and it loaded fine so i think on of the add sites that are broadcasts on the clan pages was flagging by my system causing the error
