Okay here's a few tips to run a better clan: (i got one with 30 members (so few because needing zp to expand).

1. Play yourself a lot (5 clan points/2500xp a day is good)
2. Get your friends to play and get them in the clan the member number, points and rank is doing it much easier to recruit people.
3. post longer in forums... seriously u only post 5 lines heres one of mine:

and im even not good at doing it. (got 2 danish members from it (in denmark only 6 millions people).
4. post 1 time a week with updates to the post (still in new post) and doing it a bit better every time because you will see mistakes from last time.
