Mission Rewards Not Working
I sent in a support ticket for this issue.
Below is the transcript.
For some reason this month the mission system did not reset my rewards. As of the first of the month it has still said that all of my monthly rewards have been completed and given. Consequently, I did not receive the five-day reward after my fifth mission was completed. I doubt that things will be any different upon completion of the tenth mission. Please fix.

One of my clanmates had the same problem in the last month - he could not do anything against that...
Something concerning the Crossfire support:
I just wanted to find out who actually hosted the offers that show up when starting CF. I said that I would knpw that it is a third party but I needed a certain hoster.

So it never was resolved and it didn't start working again until the next month? -
If you really got those answers, the guy who answered like that should be fired.

I too was a bit shocked by the seeming lack of concern over an issue and complete unwillingness to even attempt to resolve my issue. Most companies would have at least attempted to better your situation even if a complete resolution was not feasible. They could have (at the very least) simply credited my account with the damn 7 day heart grenade... (I will be missing the other rewards as well but I really don't care about them. The heart grenade is really the only thing that I found useful from this month's mi -
I have a friend with the same issue as well. He was waiting to see what Z8 said to me before he bothered with his own support ticket. I guess we're all just going to get the shaft this month.

If they don't please post the response you get from them here. It would really suck if my ticket was reviewed by someone having an "off day" and they were actually resolving this issue for others. It wouldn't really make me feel any better but still it would be something to know.
