Free stuff for reporters?!
Think there should be an incentive for confirmed hak reports, like say free crates or a cool spray that says haks suck or something. Would encourage more to report, its kinda a pain to do anyway so hardly anyone does it. Im so sick of hacks I will give the first 5 people to email me hak replays each a redeem code for 40kgp or 50% exp 30 days. Just leftover credits Im sitting on. Lets clean this game up, please report!!!

You don't really believe this do you? I have reported 2 hacks in one game (fyi the had the zombie hack) 3 times in the past week and I have also wrote a email complaining that they didn't ban and still the guy is playing. They're served in the order they come in.
There could be several reasons for the users not being banned.
Faulty report. Already banned by the automatic system once. Haven't had time to review the ticket.
The "zombie" hack is pretty ambiguous, might take extra effort in some regard before issuing the bans. -
Or possibly, without a banned list, that there is no way of telling if anyone is getting banned by anything but the auto ban for 7 days. RR said it best, "trust, verify", but there is no verify.
Actually I would like to see an acknowledgement of the receipt of the complaint, and a brief response as to the outcome of the report with a reason as to why the decision was made. -

Would be, but won't be. Think about, you are in-game being ACE and some kiddie comes and says "your banned. my reports already banned X numer of hackers. its for sure" etc.
People will boast about this kind of stuff instantly. -
Well i kinda lost faith in the report system, 3 months ago i reported a 1st LT and a 2nd LT for blatant 1 shot kill ( for 13 rounds ) on MM and both have still got their Honourable Soldier ribbon so.......
Also reported a Major ( 13 screenshot's ) for trying to steal my account by pretending to be my Clan Leader and saying i would be kicked unless i gave him my detail's. This person recieved a 7 day ban lmao......7 day's really?!?!?! what a joke.
