Is it possible to create a server with the following rules to help honest players against hakers?
1. The player shouldn't have received any ban since he started to play.
2. The player must have at least 3 months of CF experience.

Is it possible to ban IP? Or maybe to make the report system easier (i.e. the possibility to report hakers from game menu).

Hackers should be banned. definitely. They never learn their lesson, albeit getting a temp ban.

This is true. So, is it possible to ban IP?
I don't know if at the moment, it's possible to create accounts by using temp e-mail (like this: http://10minutemail.com/10MinuteMail/index.html). Excluding this e-mail should help.

In addition, I think that many players don't report hackers because it's quite boring. I think that a system to report hackers from the in-game menu will increase the reports.

Actually,the clan [p]RO][TuRk[ is a clan of the Leader+his alts for hacking. I reported three of his alts,and today he hac.ked with his main in Uk4. Before the match ends,he said: no report,i give link!

Reported,and he get banned (permanent) because he lost the Honorable Soldier Ribbon XD

It's like mastercard,no price to ban such high ranks
