Farming or not ! i think is impossible to get Elite B3 and still have a staff rank !!

It hard to say, but i say he hacks or farm. if look at his profile, nothing adds up.

His Headshots are about 45% of all his kills, but K\D is all most equal.

For his Win \ Lose, he as more loses then wins, but this status is not all that important.

I think he sucks so bad that he goes farm to try to keep his status up and then he plays other ppl, and will we know the rest from here!

Could be a bug.. However I have Elite B2 badge and I'm still a second lieutenant. Also, it might be a 2nd or 200th account so the person might be well skilled.
