Account problems with support ticket.
Hi,
I made my account originally as being a double account, then it went better and its now my main. The problem is, in the e-mail i put something random like hhhhhhh@hhh.eu
and i can't remember my secret password, now i send a ticket, got a reply that they needed evidence, so i figured my old IP adress, i don't save payments and dont know the creation date. but i have a folder full of screenshots from this account from staff sarg. to 2nd liet.
When i send that, i keep getting the message "please provide us with evidence that prooves you are the owner of the account, e.g: your IP adress, the creation date of your account or 2 payment transactions."
Is there anything else that substitutes for that? i mean screenshots from like the first rank to my latest.
Also i just want to leave my clan, nothing drastic, but having control over your account would be nice right?

Now they i got an answer that my other evidence doesn't match their records, wich is weird because a screenshot is really really really hard to edit...
Also i know what kind of thing was used for my last payment, but i don't know what number, but they also say thats incorrect...
Would a MOD please look at this for me? -
I now have a screenshot of me at staff sergeant rank, if they can check IP's at my time off staf sergeant they'll see that it hasn't changed wich leads to the conclusion the account is in fact really mine...
At least that's the theory, would someone please answer on this? -
Well you have to admit that the support is ''sort'a dumb''
not enough requested info is bullocks. I just don't have the info that they want, but enough proofe of my ownership of this account...
Buy 10K ZeePee and give the transaction ID.
