Ribbon Help!

Ever since I had heard about the M4A1 Crystal Custom from getting 20 ribbons, I have been trying to get ribbons. At the moment, I am having a hard time getting more ribbons. There are some ribbons that seem impossible for me to get such as the iron man ribbon. I would appreciate any suggestions or quick steps to get other ribbons. The ribbons that I have right now are: (16 ribbons)

I currently need 4 more ribbons, so I am trying to find the fastest way possible to earn them. I am also wondering if cross fire is going to have some "logging in for something" ribbons in the future. I would like a heads up on that. Thanks!
