Support Ticket Queries

Well, my main's been hacked (for the third time, IIRC :p) and since the last two hijacks - the support tickets have been revamped. I've just got a few queries.

First - what if the hijacker has changed all the details? I wouldn't have any correct details to fill in. If I gave in all the details that were correct before that hijacking, would that count towards me possibly getting my account back?

Secondly - even though it says that screenshots aren't counted as evidence, what if I send in ones with my name on if from the very first day it registered (yep - found some on my computer ;)), a few from the middle of playing. And some recently? I'm sure that probably wouldn't do much, as you can easily Photoshop/GIMP it. But what about replays? I'm not talking about a Fraps or Xfire file. But a pure, untouched, .cfr file. If I had 5 of those, and the only repeating name in them is my one.. that would definitely count towards something, wouldn't it?

Okay, third and final question. Could the new USP Facebook connection help? I remember that you have to connect to your Facebook account to get a USP. What if (provided you have enough details) you can have the desired information messaged to you on Facebook.
