Transaction IDs

Okay listen up, I am tired of those nonsense I get when writing support tickets.

I am trying to figure out , what exactly transaction IDs are. I only purchase ZP with my mobile phone, since its a prepaid phone I never get any bills. I never saw one Transaction ID after a ZP purchase. I still need to figure out what those are, because I need to retrieve back some account info.

Do not even try to tell me this is the wrong section, I am tired of this kind of lazyness.

First I made a support-ticket, this is what Ive got:

"Sorry you've opened a ticket in the incorrect section, our department cannot assist you with account issues. Please click the following link and open a ticket under "Account -> Account Administration" and fill out as much information as possible.

If you continue to open tickets in this section they will be ignored. Additionally for clan issues, you can request for your security answer here."

Fine, Ill go to Account Administration, just to meet the most blind person on this planet.

"All of the information you have provided does not match our records.

Please note that if you cannot provide us with at least two pieces of RECENT/CURRENT correct account information on the support form, we cannot help you."

Since it did not make any sense I replied:

"You completly ignored my additional information. I am asking YOU what exactly Transaction IDs are, I never saw one after purchasing ZP. I was told this is the right support for this kind of problem. "

He couldnt ignore this, but he replied:

"Please contact the SMS service."

The "sms" service doesnt have a section for this kind of problem, this is why I am here. Maybe some players can help me too, tell me where exactly I can see the Transaction IDs and how they look like.
