earn ZP through super reward=fail?

Hey guys,
as my threadtopic suggest i have some problems with the "super reward" system...
i dont want to whine or something like that so pls do not flame...
i only wanted to asked wether someone got his ZP through this system?
because im waiting 4 days now to get my earned ZP..
and when i go to there (the super rewards) site, they told me that the reward is given out already???

so who else has this problem?^^''

or should i open a support ticket?

btw i didnt really know what topic my topic is xD
it is indeed a technisal problem so i thought i could write in this area^^

    You probably didn't do the offer correctly, or something is blocking them from seeing that you've complete an offer.

    its not a 100% that u get zp. only some will actually give u zp
    u have to multiple surveys to get enough zp for whatever u want

    and they replied, that the z8points already been transacted
    ("The points you're inquiring about have already been awarded and confirmed by z8games as received.

    and at their page, it is also shwon, that the 1k ZP (!) are rewarded
    i think i will contact z8 via support ticket^^

    anyway does anybody has this roblem as well?^^
