The Pay by Cash not working?

I've just bought a new Ultimate Game Card and I go to mall/deposit z8 points/paybycash
and selected what I was going to get and it come up with this

Ok it worked now but i havent recieved my zp???

Well I got it to work but didnt give me my zp and it charged it ..... if you need proof i have the email with my order number plzz help i want my zp or my money back... my email is
under so I can show you that I Have the order number plz reply as fast as you can : /

me too am having the same problem i cant use my balance on paybycash. Its so stupid. I already sent Crossfire (Z8 games) a support ticket. I want them to answer my question and fix right now!! I really need my zp1!!!
