No1 knows yet. They dont even have a date for All Stars matches (I think). So why keep asking it?
You just need to know will be soon and atleast in 3 weeks or more.

No confirmed date for sign ups, they just said "we would like to start sign ups after all star "

Im guessing since the All Star match is next weekend, registrations will open on the week following it (28 March). Seems likely.

Final rules for WOGL-O and WOGL-P will be released before the All-Star Matches and the rules for WOGL-EU will be similar if not the same as WOGL-O. Im pretty sure registration will take at least a month.
