How can I run this?
Is it possible to run CF without admin rights? I have admin rights and can edit permissions of files as I wish but I have no idea which files to edit. I want to be able to run CF in "user" mode so I can use my gaming keyboard properly. If it is possible to run CF without administrator rights please tell me how I can do so.
P.S. I want to be able to do this without having to disable my UAC...

Unless I am completely mistaken, this is impossible. Crossfire needs admin rights to modify files on the C:\ drive, as well as scan memory for hack tools. Without admin rights, Crossfire simply won't run.
I'd look into running the application that controls your keyboard as an admin. You can do this by finding that application's executable (exe), right clicking on it, choosing properties => Compatibility tab => Run this program as an Administrator => OK => restart.
