yes uCheat, there is another thread about this where a guy took a screenie of his kills and headshots being 0

Your ribbons are checked every time you visit your profile. So yes, if you don't meet the requirement anymore, which in this case is by resetting your KDR, your ribbon won't be there.

Though, I don't remember the KDR reset resetting the special kills (Knife,HS,Nade) part of your profile. Unless they recently fixed it.

Not true. Ribbon will stay if you reset.

My friend reset his K/D and he still have the HS ribbon (He got 1700 HS)

I tried, you don't lose it.. the only ribbon you will lose is the clutch killer ribbon.... I'll let you find wich one it is.

You might find something interesting else than a headshot ribbon on my profile if you take a closer look... (hint: page 3.)

i did it and didn't lose mine.

NO you dont. I reset mines and nothing happened.
