Change another way to show room host

I suddenly get confused what ping I have last night. I think I saw 50, but sometimes it feels like 500. The image in the thread explains what happens. When u r the room host, the mark can block the last digits of you ping, and you might be confused about the real ping.

So maybe just use bold font and grean color to indicate a host is easier.
