yesterday i bought zp with my mobilefone 10€ my money is gone and i didnt get zp so i postet it yesterday here some of u gave me the link for the support ticket (thx)

Ive send the supprt ticket and wrote they can follow my payment process that ive payed.

Today i get a message and ....... CLOSE !!!

i didnt get my money back or zp or a replie nothing.

Why ?? what can i do ???

If they didn't give you your ZP back at your first ticket, don't worry, you won't get it whit your second.

Im pretty sure your ticket saying closed means they have looked at it. Give it til tomorrow morning before you send another ticket as multiple tickets will slow it down.
