MODs GMs
This is my suggestion :
With all do respect , i think that MODs and GMs should be more active on the forum`s.
I don`t wanna start a QQ thread where people start to go off topic.
I see every day ton`s of threads with questions (some of them already been answered in previous thread`s some of them not ) and 90% of the question`s are addressed to GM or MOD
for difrent reason`s ( all sort`s of problem`s) .
My reason for starting this thread is that question`s that are asked for MOD`s GM`s are beeing answered by the comunity ? Why ? Isnt that why you are a MOD or GM ? Or do you just like having Moderator under your name ?
Don`t take it the wrong way but i think you should give people answer`s when they ask something like what`s going to happen with the hacker`s how the status on the situation
(it`s just an example of a question that is frequently asked )
I don`t care if you write the same answer again and again because it dosen`t hurt to type 2 words so that we get some answers.
I know your gonna delete this thread for the obvious reasons and i know i may be get banned on the forum for this thread .
I just think that if we spend our money on this game we at least deserve to see active staff that respond to our question`s give us update`s on the situations and so on .
This is my opinion feel free to interpret it as you wish . ( sorry for my gramar issues , english is not my native language )

We do try and answer all the questions we can, but you have to remember we aren't lightning gods and do occasionally miss some issues. We try to also encourage people to use the search function as well.
Also, in some cases, such as Technical Support, not every question can be answered since we either don't have the scope of knowledge or we don't have a proper solution at this time. We usually do read them though. -

Sure bro i understad and i know everybody has lifes and stuff to do but answer there question even if you don`t know the answer say something awsome like :
Get a support ticket !
It ain`t that hard , you know it and i know it , if i was to answer all the threads in the last 3 pages it would take like 20 minutes .
And i was refering to status updates on the sittuations with hackers with updates with new thing old things change logs anything .
And you answered really fast wow

Well, if I was to be technical, we aren't even supposed to even talk about hacks, its in the rules. But we do have a stickied thread in the barracks about the hacker situation.
But, usually some things can't always be answered through support and we try and find them out. The hacker reports are always confronted with such responses though. -
i have a question umm why dont u guys answer in game whispers that has always bugged me i once sent a whisper to a mod wont name him/her about winning gatlin gold he/her could of been like cool bro or something idk but no answer and there has been a lot of people spamming the lobbys about ha.ck websites and i no they r bots and stuff but when i try to tell a mod in game they ignore me this kind of is of topic but deals with the same issue just in game

Well, I can't speak for other mods, but I usually try to respond to whispers that are sent to me. Of course sometimes in game I don't always see it or we are busy to respond. We are aware of the issues you mentioned however and we are working on dealing with it, no worries. ^..^I`m sorry if i stepped out of line , i didnt know we aren`t supposed to talk about that .

Naw, ya didn't step out of line as far as I can tell, just be sure to remember that. I suppose the rules aren't as bold as we hoped they should be, thinking about making it mandatory for such to be read upon occasion.
Well it usually depends on the forum and stuff, as well as time of day. 30 threads can emerge in a matter of moments and get bumped down just as quickly. Plus, we aren't always on the forums, we do moderate in game to see about fixing issues or testing stuff there. -

We are pretty active in the forums!
Recently there have been a lot of new people on the forums. Threads (especially ones that aren't popular) get buried fast so you gotta keep your eyes open!
For me specifically, sometimes I'll have 10-20 threads on various forums that I'll be active in or have at least responses.
While we do try to give the answer "Please go to support", for the appropriate threads. You can also help the community yourself grow and learn by offering that kind of post yourself.
If you see a thread that a GM or MOD hasn't responded to, but you can contribute a good answer then feel free to do so! That is the point of these boards!! -

That`s the point of an comunity i was just suggesting a little more info on whats going on with the thing`s that are frequently asked on the forum cause there are sevral threads that i see with the same questions that are not beeing answered cause the comunity can`t know the situations on the games .

A suggestion, don't enter the game with your MoD title, otherwise, you would have no time to do anything else than replying response.
I think I just found that they want reply from MoD about the gutling they won
And on the other hand, when you guys walking around in the room in the MoD uniform, all the hackers would be scared and quit. To know the real hacking situation, use some secret name, and step off from the password protected rooms. Hackers are more likely play in PUB.
Now I have an idea, why can't we make a clan called [MoD] or [CM] or [GM], so every member's tag will have [MoD] and where ever they played, hacker will not be there -
