It's the 'Military Inteligence' ribbon. If you post X number of times in this forum, you get the ribbon.

The ribbon was removed due to spammers.

I doubt it. They replaced it by the sexy looking "Army of One ribbon" which requires you to get 100,000 kills. The forum ribbon made people spam "m4-cc is kewl, nice idea (on threads without suggestions), yes good, etc." so it made it impossible for people to discuss something.

Don't think they'll be making any more ribbons that link to the forum. Unless they create a better forum system(karma) otherwise.
