Somebody help me, please ...

Good afternoon everyone.
I've been here through the forum trying to understand what is going on.
My email was hacked to 5 days, and along with it, because my game account in my e-mail had all the account data, exchanged e-mail address and password, and can not enter.
Anyway, I ordered tickets for the Z8 and 5 days, and so far no answer.

I do not know what is happening, but at least one "We are ascertaining" would be good to keep me quiet, I lost much time in this game and do not want to finish well, and today I saw the "great" player changed my nickname, and now trying to simulate to think that the account is his, but it is not. I have all the account data, as Loguin, creation date, secret question and answer, and even know all the nicknames that the account already had, I also have replays and prints of the bill, and if necessary I will show.

I would ask please that any representative of the Z8 in reply if they will or will not return my bill, or at least investigate. I lost too much time on this game and no longer have the patience to set up another account, and if I am not returning to find an FPS which management companies, at least meet the players and users.
