This is not even up for discussion. Im pretty sure when you talk about "your friend" you mean me with 10-20fps AND over 150 ping at all times. I gather both conditions and still topfrag client matches HOLY SH1T I TAKE ALL THE GOLD

Im saying that since the last patch people with 100-180 ping are getting better reg than they did before.... Not that its better than someone with low ping.
