bought zp and didnt get it

WTF is this i wrote a thread but **** happens, first i get banned for a week but i didnt do something like **** and the i bought ago 10 minutes zp with my mobilefon z8 got my money 10 € and i didnt get zp

then i try to send a pm to an admin but it doesnt work

if its so i want my money back or my zp for what i have payed for

z8 only steel money they want money and get money but do nothing just xtrap which sucks
it goes on my nerves !!!!!!

how can i write to z8 and to talk with them go give me my zp or my money ???
