i have KDR above 2.1 and did not get the RIBBONS [ CLUTCH KILLER ]

i should wait 1 day or what ?

Why doesn't anybody read anything? It's on the ribbons page where it describes all of the ribbons. It's near the top and says wait 24 to 48 hours.
